There are many words to describe Physie: enjoyable, fun, challenging, stretching the body and the mind. The best thing is the people you meet.  At Tweed Coast Physie Lisa and Tim have put a great deal of passion and hard work into the establishment of the club.  Always welcoming and with the members’ best interests foremost in their mind.
